Although bearish for the U.S. economy, Nourel Roubini can’t get enough of Latin America. To wit, he recently upgraded his growth outlook for Latin America in 2010 from 3.3 to 3.8.
The UBS outlook can best be described as a transitional recovery. Despite recovery, they believe the risks are numerous and will likely result in a more risk averse investment community. Investors will move out of the risk trade:
